Salary: $70-115k DOE
Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician with Controls or Automation background to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing various mechanical and electrical systems, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance of equipment. This role requires strong technical skills and a problem-solving mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance on machinery and equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical issues
- Maintain documentation of repairs and maintenance activities
- Assist in the installation of new equipment and systems
- Collaborate with other technicians and departments to ensure efficient operations
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards
- Utilize PLC and Ladder Logic for system diagnostics and repairs
- Work with Wonderware and RsView for system monitoring and control
- Utilize AutoCAD for technical drawings and equipment layouts
- Conduct HMI and wiring tasks as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma required, additional technical training preferred.
- 3+ years manufacturing and maintenance experience with industrial controls.
- Strong knowledge of industrial electrical controls and systems
- Familiarity with PLC programming and Ladder Logic
- Experience with Wonderware and RsView software
- Proficient in AutoCAD for technical design
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
